Founded in 2014, Breakwater is led by Brian Gershen, a third generation Florida State Certified General Contractor with more than 25 years of construction and development experience. His experience includes more than 660 projects across three University of Miami campuses, complex commercial and institutional projects, luxury residential construction, and development assignments across the United States, Caribbean, and North Africa.
